The big question of today is what Microsoft will do with Nokia's feature phone business. Nokia's annual run rate is still 200 M feature phones. The fact that Microsoft acquired the right to sell Asha phones could be a hint that it actually has plans to leverage the low-end phone business. After all, Nokia's device business could have been chopped up at this point, with smartphones going to Microsoft and feature phones for some Asian vendor.
